How EAMCET Percentage or Combined Score is Calculated:
As the students are aware that their Intermediate percentage (Biology, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry) marks will be taken to calculate EAMCET combined score, here is how it is calculated.
Intermediate Weightage
- If a candidate scores 500 out of a total mark of 600, her/ his weightage will be calculated as follows
500/600*25=20.8333
EAMCET Weightage
Total marks of the candidates in the EAMCET will be aggregated to 100 and 75% of weightage will be calculated from those marks. For example, if the candidates score 100 marks out of 160 in EAMCET, his or her marks in EAMCET Will be
- 100/160*75=46.875.
